Client cancellation policy
We hold your session time exclusively for you, so we ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a paid session.
24 hours or more before your session: free reschedule, or a full refund to your original payment method.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the session fee is forfeited and won't be refunded, since that time slot can no longer be offered to another student. We're always happy to help you find another time where possible, but the fee for that booking isn't recoverable.
- Rescheduling is free and unlimited with 24 hours' notice or more — just reply to your booking confirmation or email us.
- No-shows (not attending without any notice) are treated the same as a late cancellation — the session fee is forfeited.
- Free intro calls can be cancelled or rescheduled any time at no cost, since no payment has been taken.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the card or payment method used at checkout via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
If something genuinely unexpected comes up inside the 24-hour window — illness, a family emergency, and so on — get in touch as soon as you can. We assess these on a case-by-case basis and use discretion rather than applying the policy rigidly.
If we need to cancelOn rare occasions your coach may need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session — due to illness, an emergency, or another unavoidable circumstance.
If we cancel on you, for any reason and regardless of notice given, you'll always receive your choice of a free reschedule to a time that suits you, or a full refund — no questions asked.
- We'll let you know as early as possible, by email and/or the contact details provided at booking.
- You're never charged a fee or penalty of any kind when we're the ones cancelling.
- If a reschedule isn't convenient, a full refund is processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- In the unlikely event a coach becomes unavailable on an ongoing basis, we'll work with you to either transfer remaining sessions to another coach or refund any sessions not yet delivered.
Our aim is simple: the 24-hour notice period exists to keep coaching time fair and available for everyone, but it only runs one way against you when the cancellation is yours to make.
